MASTER CHIM
A Deep Focus Plan

Master Chim · Inner Circle

THE LABORATORY.

A one-page deep focus plan, built around how you actually work. Print it. Hang it where you sit down to do real work. Run through it before every focus session, so distraction can't pull you off course.

Distraction is what kills real output. Most days you don't lose to lack of effort, you lose to your phone, your tabs, the texts you keep glancing at. The Laboratory removes the decision. Answer 5 short questions about your work, your space, and what tugs at your attention. You'll get a printable single-page plan covering three things: how to set up your work area before you start, the exact 2-minute sequence to run before you touch the keyboard, and what to physically lock out so it can't reach you during the session.

No login. No account. No tracking. 90 seconds in, printable plan out.

Question 1 of 5

01

What's your name?

It prints across the top of your plan. Use whatever you want on the wall: full name, first name, your callsign, however you sign your work.

02

What kind of work do you do during a focus session?

Pick the one that best matches the work you're trying to protect from distraction. Your plan tells you which tools to have open and ready before you start, and that step changes based on this.

03

How long do you focus before taking a break?

Pick the length that matches how you actually work, not what you wish you could do. Your plan calibrates the timer at the end of the 2-minute prep sequence to this length, and writes a one-sentence outcome prompt that fits in the time.

04

Where do you actually sit down to do focused work?

Your plan needs to know how you signal "I'm working, don't interrupt." That signal is different in a private office (close the door), in a shared space (put on headphones), or when you move around (start the timer). Pick what most often applies.

05

What pulls your attention away most often?

Tap up to 5, in the order they hurt you. Your #1 (the worst pull) gets the most aggressive lockout on the plan. Tap a selection again to deselect. If you reach the cap, deselect one before adding another.

Pick up to 5, hardest pull first.

Building your plan.

A moment.

Print it. Tape it where you work. Photograph it on the wall and post that to the Brotherhood. The photo is the proof.
